I bring 10 years of experience in project management, including 7 years at Big4 consultancies, also in leadership roles. I am currently working as an independent consultant and leading 4 of 6 workstreams in a large-scale M&A transformation project in the medical sector.
 

My role goes beyond classical project management: due to my ability to quickly deep-dive into complex subject matters, I also provide hands-on functional support to business and IT teams, acting as a bridge between strategy, operations, and technical implementation.

At Deloitte, I worked as a Risk Manager in Compliance for Banking and Insurance clients, supporting regulatory transformation programs, including DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) implementation, operational risk management, control frameworks, and remediation of regulatory findings in close collaboration with IT, security, and business units.
 

Most of the long-term programs I supported had budgets exceeding €10 million, with team sizes ranging from 30 to 160 project members. I have worked with single as well as multiple (up to four) Scrum teams, and I am experienced in both agile and waterfall project environments, including hybrid setups.
 

My projects have been conducted in national and international settings, and thanks to my language skills (German, English, and Russian) I am able to work effectively across cultures and locations.
 

Before 2019, I managed various public funding and R&D projects for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting companies from initial application through to proof of use and implementation. The project list therefore focuses on engagements from 2019 onward. I am happy to provide further details on earlier projects upon request.
